Whats this all about?

 

The new Merchant Mariner Credentials (MMC) will begin being issued on the 15th of April 2009. The new MMC is an all in one document. This means you will no longer be issued an MMD card, License, and STCW Certificate. All credentials will be issued in one new passport-style booklet known as an MMC. As this entire site is still under construction, we ask that you be patient. However, we will try to keep the most current information posted.
